Fitness

Bust out of your routine! Lengthen and strengthen your body with dance-fitness classes at Cheryl Burke Dance. Work up a sweat and build your stamina with high-energy aerobics, or work on your core strength, flexibility, and spiritual balance with grounding yoga dance. In our fun fitness classes, you’ll bond with teachers and classmates, learn new moves, and have a great time working with instructors dedicated to helping you achieve a toned, sculpted dancer body. Learn hot moves you can take to the clubs and develop the confidence you’ve always wanted. After experiencing how Cheryl Burke Dance does exercise, you’ll never want to go to the gym again.
